Steps to cancel
- Check the PF app or your club's page first — many locations now support online cancellation (it varies by club and state).
- Otherwise: visit your home club in person and fill out a cancellation form at the front desk, or
- Send a letter (certified mail recommended) to your home club requesting cancellation, including your name, address, and membership ID.
- Cancel before the 25th of the month to avoid being billed for the next month.
- Keep the signed form copy or mail receipt until you've confirmed billing stopped.
Worth knowing: The infamous one. Your “home club” is the only club that can process it. Watch for the separate ~$49 annual fee, which bills on its own date — cancelling right before that date saves it.
