Steps to cancel
- Figure out who bills you: check whether the charge on your statement says Peloton, Apple, or Google.
- Billed by Peloton: sign in at onepeloton.com → Account → Membership → Manage → Cancel.
- Billed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Peloton → Cancel.
- Billed by Google: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Peloton → Cancel.
Worth knowing: The All-Access membership for Bike/Tread owners is separate from the app membership — cancelling the app sub doesn't touch an equipment membership, and vice versa.
