Steps to cancel
- Sign in at max.com and select your profile → Subscription.
- Select “Manage Subscription,” then “Cancel Subscription.”
- Confirm. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Billed through a provider (Apple, Google, Amazon, your cable or mobile company)? Cancel through that provider — Max can't do it for you.
