Steps to cancel
- Sign in at hulu.com and open your Account page.
- Under Your Subscription, select “Cancel.”
- Hulu will offer to pause your subscription instead — choose “Continue to Cancel” if you're sure.
- If you get Hulu through the Disney Bundle, manage it from your Disney+ account instead.
- Billed through Roku, Apple, Amazon, or another partner? Cancel through that partner's subscription settings.
Worth knowing: The pause option (up to 12 weeks) is genuinely useful if you only want a break — you aren't billed while paused and don't lose your profile.
