- Select “Manage,” then “Update, cancel and more,” then “End membership.”
- Amazon shows several retention screens — keep choosing variations of “Continue to cancel” / “End my benefits.”
- Choose whether to end now (possible partial refund if you haven't used benefits) or at the end of the period.
Worth knowing: If you've barely used Prime since your last renewal, Amazon often refunds the unused portion — check the refund wording carefully on the final screen. Expect three or four “are you sure” pages; that's normal.
